After quite a bit of searching, a friend and I finally found a software that's perfect for a site we want to start. Unfortunately, after searching for software reviews we saw a few people calling the company a "scam" and according to them, the software given doesn't work as well as their site's demo.

I've seen some showcased sites using the software and they look great. So that's basically a 50/50. One bad review is enough to ruin a company. So even if I'd give this software a 10/10 (from their demo), should I just settle for a 6/10 software?
