Hi all,i wanted to know that, is it wise to buy an expired domain having PR ovey buying a new domain.After expiration does its PR retains?As far i have known that PR is given to a webpage not to a domain name.But why people are intrested to buy expired domains having PR?? plz suggest.Thanx

The PR updates periodically. I'm sure in most cases, if the expiration is relatively new, you can buy it up and work from a previous PR ranking. Remember one's page rank is primarily determined by the likelihood of someone stumbling across your link.
