I am looking for a host for someone to host a private server (runescape). I would like a vps, not to much cpu, but a good connection. The hosting must be atleast 20/7 .. i will give 4 hours of down time ..

What sort of players will you be getting? I could get you a VPS for that price, 15gb of space and 100gb of bandwidth minimum, but i'm not sure how much CPU Runescape requires to run.
