They are cheap, almost 100% uptime, 300GB Storage, 300GB Bandwidth - but there's a catch: your free domain has to be hosted with them...and the bit where they tell you that you can have up to 5 add-on domains is a big fat lie (they're not using CPanel so you don't have control over your add-on domains...which you basically can't add).
They are PERFECT until your money back guarantee period (90 days) is over. Now, I don't even have FTP access to my files, and I can't backup!
Worst is they promise $50 in Yahoo credits - which I never got. Their live chat help is selective, and this one time, I sent them a message through their contact form and the email reply I got from dot5hosting-inc (with my message quoted at the bottom) asked me for my account password and my credit card number!
When I replied to dot5hosting asking them if dot5hosting-inc belongs to them they said NO.
