I need to start developing,
and I've tried to create my own site,
I have a terrible problem, and just need some elp.
How much would it be,
to have someone create a BlogSite,
that can have some comments from others, accepted, as well?
And more importantly...
I would need someone to be able to walk me thru,
how to update my blog without messing up the site!

Johnathan is right. There are plenty of great free blog scripts all ready to go. Wordpress is my personal favorite.

The top 2 Blogger and Wordpress are very easy to set up and are very user friendly. Plus you will find them more secure, more update, better features and a wider range of available themes etc... So get wordpress or w/e install it on your server. Buy a domain for you blog: http://www.godaddy.com/ Change the DNS, add the new domain as an addon domain in your hosting cp and point it to the folder with your wordpress installation and and your set.

Then you can spark it up with a nice free theme:
