I thought this would make for an interesting read for the members here at DomainingSource, this was a quick interview style article regarding my company Vessio (http://www.vessio.com). I have been asked a lot what Vessio is all about so here it is, enjoy....

Vessio is described as “innovative” when compared to other web solution providers and are based out of Houston, TX. Since 2006, Vessio has maintained and actively serviced over 1,000 customers; what they call “business owners and web professionals”. When asked about their clients, Mike Danna, CEO and Founder of Vessio, LLC., had this to say:

"Currently we are working with several media production companies locally and internationally providing them access to our development process as well as maintain and service a diverse client base of well over 1050 business owners and web professionals.”

We asked Baldo Lopez, Partner of Captor Motion and Design one of Vessio’s partner production companies to shed some light on Mike’s previous statement and his response was clearly stated.

But what exactly is Vessio? What do they do?

"We offer a suite of interactive web development products and turnkey web services that range from complex, feature rich web applications to basic, managed web hosting accounts. All client accounts have the option to add additional development or hosting components at anytime; this service area stands out as our clients seem to benefit from the ability to accomplish their desired web presence effectively by seeking assistance in only select areas of their project." Reported Mike.

In basic terms, Vessio gives you everything you need from a web company, from hosting, to domains, to website development. Vessio, is a very unique word, does it have a hidden meaning?
We had the opportunity to ask Mike.

"This question always amuses me because there are multiple scenarios that can be discussed in which many industry professionals have mixed views on. Keeping it short and sweet; the idea behind the name Vessio is a direct reflection not of our business model but of our marketing technique as a whole. The best method of comparison would be to simply analyze company names that are successful in our industry, better yet; analyze successful company names in general. Now, I am not going to begin to say that short, brandable company names take the prize over the more "descriptive" company names, however, will say with confidence that the average consumer will remember as well as feel more inclined to fill their car with gas from Exxon opposed to the gas station(s) who posses a company name such as "real gasoline for your car". All we did with the name Vessio is follow the tradition; a short and simple name carries weight while immediately forming a solid presence as its own entity."

No matter where you go today, there are always ads for new hosting, domain, and development companies, so why make another? What makes Vessio stand out from the crowd?

"Well, I can't say that our company was formed traditionally since Vessio was never an "idea" but more like a unique contact structure." Mike told us. "The company took shape after several years of basic freelance web development/design work that required additional resources to meet complex project requirements over time."
Vessio is one of the only companies that are out there that offers you everything you need. There maybe a few dozen out there, but none of them have the support and professionalism of Vessio.
