How long per day are you sat in front of the PC is it all work and no play or do you have time to do fun things as well on there? I spend at least 10 hours on it which sounds a great deal and I think I need to get out more LOL what about you?

I spend most of my day in front of the computer, it is my world, work, and sadly social life hah. I do get out from time to time to grab a drink though.
