Yes, yes yes!!! Of course I would take it. Not to have to worry about my finances ever again would be amazing. I am sure that I have enough self control not to be stupid with it. I would get my kids into the best possible schools, buy a huge boat...well with that amount of money there would be no limits to what you could do - almost. Maybe I would start my own Formula one racing team. Now I am getting carried away!
