Although this website is fairly well known, you can find some great (free) templates at http://www.Zymic.com. Sadly it appears they've recently stopped making templates (last update is from 3 months ago), however even their old ones are really good.

Very nice! Thanks! I like to use templates as a starting point a lot of the times. Nobody likes to stare at a white canvas and try and generate creativity from it. IMO
